Edit: It was only after I left my previous one star review (no complaints about Mfg or Revain) that a Mfg customer service rep contacted me and asked if I would like replacement power supplies. I said I knew and just a few days later a bag arrived with a full set of 120v/12v adapters. So along with a pretty decent cheap CCTV system their customer service is top notch! They obviously read their reviews and are willing to respond without much drama. It's hard to find these days. The camera system itself is pre-paired, so all you need is power and a phone to set it up around the house. I can't connect it directly to my HDMI TV yet (old LCD so the mode isn't supported), but with a borrowed VGA cable I was able to run it to set up email and all the recording options (I can't get through that Phone or pc access setup what I can Carmers have good day and respectable night vision I've added a flood to the IR and it really does see better at night than during the day!The zoom is a bit tricky but use of focus helps. The PTZ camera is good and I like the rover mode. As I said. This is a good option for a budget system. Much better than my previous Foscam setup and overall cheaper as you have annual recording costs, which are not included here! I am satisfied with it and recommend it to others!
