So ima size 13 in jeans but I weigh 225 . I went with the comments that had my around my weight & they all ordered 4x but thought that was going to fit to big . I went with my gut & got 2xl & it fit great! I coulda even got a xl cause I can squeez myself into the 3rd hook already . It’s very comfty I slept with it & went to work with it . It doesn’t slide up! I been needing one that covers my entire fupa & this the one sis !
