I like this mouthguard. It was easy to mold (but I burned the corner of my mouth without following the instructions. Once you've written it, chill it in water for a few seconds, do it) and it fits very well. I have to use my fingers to pull it out which is perfect. It's a bit bigger than I would have liked though, so I bought a Sisu mouthguard to try. I had to cut a small "strip" at the bottom that appears to be used to attach the strap. I do taekwondo so I don't need a leash and that little part sticking out was driving me nuts. It was really easy to just clip off without affecting the rest of the kappa. I just wanted something that looked like it didn't exist, so I settled on Sisu after wearing it to class for a week.
