Okay, that's not the most attractive thing about a shifter. Honestly, it looks like a jeweled sports band. I was expecting it to be a bushing that snaps over the top of the shifter. It's not relevant. It's not relevant. It's a one-piece piece with a velcro strap that wraps around to secure it. The top is jeweled, wrinkled and looks weird on the shifter. I do not like it. It was a nice concept, just not very well executed.
