This item will not fit 2013 Harley Roadglide. The description says it and there have been some decent reviews from people with roadkings. The manufacturer undertakes that this item will fit a wide range of motorcycles including the 2013 Roadglide. The bottom hole lines up with the hole in the frame, but the top hinge is not next to the hole in the frame and the item doesn't have enough plastic edging to poke a hole in the plastic. The only option is to drill a hole. in the frame, in the top position, the motor sits so close to the frame that it is impossible to drill a hole in the frame with the motor on the bike. This is a poorly designed product. I would not recommend that.
