UPDATED; I love this bulb but only lasted a month. I don't get two stars because of the product itself, but because I bought it on September 28th, it blew out on October 26th. Not even a full 30 days of use. Otherwise it would have gotten all five stars from me. I'd love to fill my house with these bulbs, but if I have to buy new bulbs every 3 weeks, no way. Maybe I have a defect. I will contact the company. I contacted the company and in fact I had a bad lightbulb. Norb immediately apologized and not only replaced my lightbulb but also sent me a second lightbulb for the inconvenience as well as a very nice handwritten thank you note. They also sent a return label so they could examine the original bulb I bought. and the company has made me a loyal customer. And on the darkest Seattle winter days, I feel so much better now in my house on those awfully gray days.
