This power adapter works but not very well. It makes a little noise, but not as much as the previous one that came with the Xbox. One thing, it doesn't turn off completely. I turn off the Xbox, the lights go out, but I can still hear it running. That wasn't the case with the old PSU, so I think it has to do with that. It's cheap and I'm not keen, but you get what you pay for and at least the Xbox works.
