No wonder the consistency of this product makes it difficult to apply to the scalp. The best way to do this, as far as I've been able to find, is to carefully separate the hair and apply it directly to the scalp in sections before working with it. What really bothered me about this product was the sheer amount of hair I lost right away. after you use it. At least 8-10 times more than usual. It continued to fall in clumps long enough for me to be sure it would all come out, and by the end of the shower I would be left with a few stringy hairs. After all, it was a small heap (compressed). I hope it only acts on the hair loss that is already occurring and I will therefore see a reduction in the loss within a few days or a week.
