The customer service provided for is amazing, always willing to help with any questions we have! I love that they are constantly updating their product line so it's easy to find something new in our customers' feeds. If there were things like video tutorials available or more detailed info about each of these products before purchasing them. There was definitely room for improvement in this area as well. Definitely one stop shop when looking into buying multiple nozzle options at once (at least if you're ordering by volume). We needed solutions from both an inventory management perspective but also an accounting/bookkeeping side too, thus creating less manual entry issues than if we had just purchased separate apps separately. This cut down considerably on errors because everything has been imported directly onto Zuora accounts without having us manually enter anything ourselves. And since every purchase comes through with very little human intervention required after upload (which could mean even saving up your time) it makes perfect sense why they do not sell individual software licenses anymore - all purchases now go via zulip subscription I like that it's easy to use, and also gives me insight into my product performance in terms of sales. It can be difficult at times when trying to figure out what is causing your problems with the system. The support team has been very helpful to get things resolved.
