This material makes other splint ligatures a waste of money.

I prepped my splints and applied Dura and was so amazed at the sheen. After fixing the truck tires, I went inside for a bit. When I came back, thinking that this substance would never dry, I wiped my finger on the side panel. Guess what? The bones are dry and shiny like they've just been wiped! quality goods.
