I bought the filter in early October, the production date is 09/04/19, i. E. Brand new, installed in 4 days. Immediately after starting, water with an unpleasant odor went out. After disassembling and washing each cartridge, it turned out that both carbon cartridges were rotten (pre-filter K870 and post-filter K880). How it happened and who is to blame is unclear. Since the date of production is indicated only on the box and in the guarantee - I admit that during assembly they could put anything inside. The seller is unlikely - they have this non-core product, they carry everything to order, most likely, they brought it and sold it . But at the factory - quite. Or moisture got into the cartridges during assembly. I had to buy new cartridges (it is not so easy to find them in St. Petersburg). By the way, the same nonsense in the new cartridges - the production date is indicated only on the box, there are no date stamps or stickers on the flasks themselves. Regarding the assembly - in some places there are not enough latches on the fittings in the filtering block - a penny savings in the premium system, the adapters to the body are poorly screwed, the tubes are cut inaccurately. The connection node does not inspire confidence - well, it’s quite cheap, I installed a non-native one. The pump unit is noisy with a noticeable vibration, comparable to a running washing machine while water is being filled - I would like it to be quieter in a premium system. In general, a conceptually good OO system is ruined by a typical 2022 approach, low quality of production and service. But marketers work well, judging by the huge number of fake reviews. :/ Regarding the incident with rotten cartridges, I wrote to the manufacturer, they offered to send a set of cartridges for free. They sent it, the courier brought it in 5 days. So, respect for this. But otherwise, we need to seriously work on our reputation, improve quality and control of production. Now the company has a reputation below the baseboard in RuNet, Novaya Voda products are generally dissuaded everywhere, some retail chains have completely abandoned the products, and fake reviews and aggressive advertising only increase irritation and mistrust.
