POOR CONSTRUCTION! - Computers and Tablets

I inserted the memory card and it is fully inserted. I couldn't get her out. I'm still on the phone waiting for a response from tech support. I liked that the edge is ribbed, not only does it slide and provide traction, but the system is slow. then it happened.
