I had very severe pain and swelling in my feet and legs, and numbness in my feet. I still have some of these but it's not as bad as it used to be. It is very easy to stretch the links for the desired fit. I had one that I wore on my right ankle for over a month, didn't take it off, showered and bathed with it. Didn't discolor or stain my ankle so I bought another one for my left ankle. Great stylish medical decoration!
