I think they are made from a better elastic so they fit my kid's butt better (he has bigger hips and a rounder butt). The velcro straps never come loose when I have to open and close the diaper, they are odorless, they still have a strip of moisture down the middle and the absorbency is top notch. I used to use all kinds of nappies, but they're getting too expensive for me, but now I'd settle for them for the same price because of the elasticity (ie nothing leaks out at the sides). But the bottom line, I think if your baby's diaper leaks all the time, you're not changing it often enough (as I said there). I also like Costco models, but only when they're on sale.
