The headset came well packaged and charged quickly and easily. Setting up with the new Panasonic desk/cordless phone was more difficult than expected but that's not Willful's fault, it was easy to get the device into pairing mode and once I figured out what to do with the phone, Tone, Volume and clarity of the headset is excellent. Unfortunately, the ear pads seemed uncomfortable to me. Since I spend a lot of time with my cell phone, I knew that I would have problems with it and packed it up for a return. Others probably won't be as picky as I am, and that will be fine. I'm looking for another solution. Addendum: The seller contacted me a few weeks later about my review (more than a few times) and offered a partial refund for my issue. I ignored and then declined, then relented and a partial refund came immediately. Your headset was fine, it's just not for me (I've tried four other Bluetooth headsets since then and my ears just don't fit). It's rare to find a seller who is so committed to their product and their customers.
