Not value for money. Not usable for workout because it gets disconnected on light workout session

For the money charged, the quality is terrible. After fitting and on starting the workout, the joints loosens up very easily and you will have to make sure your leg are not on the joint lines throughout the workout session.

They are suitable for both commercial and residential use, making them a versatile option for fitness studios or home gyms

Cons

Not suitable for repeated jumping and landing exercises

Love the mats, using it for weight training. Instructions could have been better. Seems easy to interlock but I ended having to cut a corner off because I must have put them in different directions. I would buy 3/4 to 1 inch next time, not so comfortable when I am on the floor doing sits ups and such. Haven’t noticed any wear and tear on them and we use them a lot.
