Very comfortable for your joints, but not quite perfect

I use this to do Tracy Anderson workouts which are a mix of cardio and weight exercises where you may be lying down or on your knees. The good:- does not move around on wood floor while doing weight exercises that do not have much movement- VERY comfortable cushioning for knees and wrists, lying down. Absolutely no knee pain. I do not need a separate mat to cushion my joints. I have tossed hand weights (note: less than 10 lbs) and worked out with a kind of heavy folding chair on these tiles and…

Pros
  • They provide excellent grip and traction, ensuring that you can perform exercises safely and confidently
Cons
  • Can cause skin irritation or redness during certain exercises

Great for working out & cats that like to lift

Pros:Not too squishy nor too thick when set on wood, laminate flooring. We have a power cage, a heavy bag, some bumper plates, and metal plates. We powerlift on these mats. None of our equipment wiggles from any give through the mats being squishy, though, the mats are squishy enough that when we do any major lifts without shoes on, we still feel well balanced. It's also been great for minimizing echo within the room and part of the house. Our gym room is more rectangular, but the mats filled…

Pros
  • The interlocking design ensures that the tiles stay in place during use, preventing accidents and injuries
Cons
  • Can cause unwanted glare or reflection in certain lighting

Sturdy, efficacious, but weird edges

We got these mats to lay for flooring for kids playground outside. They work wonderfully: they’re heavy enough to hold themselves down (no lawn staples or stakes needed); they dry fairly quickly, even with our playground in the shade; they are durable (no wear and tear since we installed them, about 2 weeks ago and we play on it for at least an hour most days). My only issue is that these are more challenging to assemble then other formats we’ve used in the past. The edge has two different ends…

  • Accessories
Cons
  • Can cause fatigue or strain due to poor shock absorption

Overall good on my review.

Product works well, a little stiff but I’m hoping over time they will soften up some. I ordered 2 black packages, the color is off on a couple squares, it’s more gray than black. I wish they ask matched but it wasn’t worth the hassle of sending it back at the time.

Pros
  • Safe and Premium Quality Gym Mat: Made of high-density EVA foam for long-lasting and reliable performance. Exercise mats conform to the safety requirements of US CPSIA, ASTM and EU EN71-1-2-3. innhom eva floor mats are durable, long lasting and support you a better cushion while protecting floors.
Cons
  • Time-consuming to assemble and set up

great value for my opinion

Note that you should not have to trim removable edges to fit these together. There is 1 type of square. Each has a corner that has finish edges on 2 sides. Laying them out BEFORE you remove any edges should ensure proper placement. Set the edge pattern and remove only those edges that are not on the perimeter. That said these are great for the price. They don't smell or absorb water. They go down fast and easy. They are a bit slippery and the dent easily from furniture legs or casters.

Pros
  • Exercise Equipment Mats
Cons
  • Prone to warping and curling at the edges

Good Surface Texture for Workout

I ordered these to extend the workout area in our yoga & fitness studio. Because they were advertised as gym mats (not just the regular foam mats) I did expect them to be a bit denser than they are, but the surface pattern and finish is perfect for our use and the fit and size were great, and two-tone color was a nice option.

Pros
  • Easy to Assemble: Lightweight interlocking puzzle pieces with stitching design connect quickly and easily, and come apart just as simply for transporting or compact storage. It is easy to assemble and the puzzle exercise mats lock together tightly so they won’t break apart when being used.
Cons
  • Not suitable for exercises involving heavy weights

Not the same colors or texture!

Update: The seller stated that they had changed to a newer version and that amazon had a mixed inventory. After working with the seller, I was sent the correct version of the tiles which do now match. The mats are fine, especially for the price point. I do notice that they can deform under weight and stay that way. However, this is minor given the price. Updated the review to reflect these changes.I ordered 24 tiles first and found that I needed more to finish the room. So I just ordered a 12…

Pros
  • The 12/24/48 pack options ensure that you have enough tiles to cover the area you need, regardless of its size
Cons
  • May cause indentations or deformations over time

exceeded my expectations! Did mess up my order tho.

I love these mat tiles. They look amazing in myhome gym. They are super durable, thick, & sturdy. & they just look so good! It was a little bit confusing to assemble, but the only difficult part was matching up the end pieces with each other. It did take about an hour to lay out all my tiles plus moving all my gym equipment it it’s well worth it! The reason I gave it 4 stars is because I ordered 2 of their 24 tiles (totaling 48 tiles) & i didn’t receive my entire order. They sent me one 24 pack

Pros
  • Durable Cushion and Multiple Uses: Each 3/8 inch thick foam floor mats are sturdy enough while providing a cushioned space. Each gym flooring mat is specially manufactured to make sure protection from rough and hard surfaces. Works great under heavy exercise machines to dampen vibration, reduce equipment noise, and protect your floor. Perfect exercise mats for home, gyms, workshops, garages, basement, fitness room or even children’s play areas.
Cons
  • Can be noisy and distracting during certain exercises

I got these to set up a home gym in my basement--specifically, a set of weights and a bench. On the plus side, these are pretty easy to set up and are flexible to fit in whatever space you need (within reason). They do get dirty pretty easily -- after just a few days, mine was all dusty and dirty and I had to clean it again -- but that's to be expected for a black foam mat (the dust shows on the dark background). They're not that thick, maybe half an inch, which means that I can't drop the…

Pros
  • Exercise & Fitness
Cons
  • Not suitable for high-traffic areas

It ain’t for slamming weights.

I like this product. It’s an extra layer of protection on my garage floor. Though, it will not support if you’re a slammer type. It’s firm enough support weights between 160-200lbs. I think the kids ABC mats are firmerI gave it a 4 star because it came in a package where the it bent the product and it stayed that way. It’s lifted and the mat looks like it has a pimple that won’t go away. I event left my 45lbs weight and the thing won’t flatten.

Pros
  • The Gym Flooring Tiles are eco-friendly and made from non-toxic materials, making them a safe choice for you and the environment
Cons
  • Can be uncooperative with other gym mats, causing separation

Excellent quality for my opinion

This is one of the slightly more expensive non-pro mats, but really excellent. Buying second time now: the first one I put under a drum kit, this one I am putting down by my home workspace because I have to assemble robotics parts and don't want to damage the floor if something falls.

Pros
  • Waterproof and Easy to Clean: Waterproof make interlocking foam mats easy to clean with damp cloth or mild soap. The foam floor tiles offer adjustable coverage—use less for smaller areas, or purchase more to expand your workout space. The puzzle piece mat can be cut to fit for custom size. Lay single piece or multiple pieces and it will fit almost anywhere.
Cons
  • Inconsistent thickness of foam between each tile

Do not use these as flooring anywhere. Can't get these wet. Not sweat or even high humidity. Traps water in/underneath it, it never dries, and bad stuff grows. They get so dirty and worn looking incredibly fast. They are not resilient and are the cushion equivalent to pancake batter. Did I mention they are impossible to clean? Uhhh what else.Oh they trap smell as well as dirt. My basement never was known for its scent, but with these mats helping to trap smell, the police easily found the body…

Pros
  • Sports & Outdoors
Cons
  • Not compatible with all types of workout equipment

Awesome squares for home gym!

I really took a chance with these to make a fitness room/music area in my basement. I am so happy with how they have turned out. Really pulled the room together and gave it a cohesive look. My dog also likes to play on them and he hasn't managed to damage any part of it with his razor claws. I ended up buying two packs, one of 12 & 12 black and gray, and an additional 6 & 6 black and gray to complete the area and had several squares left over for other things.

Pros
  • The tiles provide excellent sound insulation, making them ideal for those who live in apartments or shared spaces
Cons
  • Can create an uneven appearance on floors if not properly aligned

This is a great product.

This was easy to assemble. This flooring covers quite a bit of area. My garage is oversized 30x30 ft. As you can see, it has covered quite an area. I'm glad I purchased this. It's also easy to clean up with a couple of Lysol or alcohol wipes. I was expecting the pads to slip when exercising but It stays put with no tape needed. I don't have heavy weights,so this thickness is good for me.

Pros
  • Workout Mat Covers 48 SQ. FT: Each foam floor tile measures 23.6 inches x 23.6 inches x 3/8 inch (600mm x 600mm x 10mm). Package includes 6 BLACK and 6 GRAY interlocking foam tiles and 24 end borders for a seamless look. Puzzle mats cover up to 48 sq.ft of floor space, making it a perfect workout and training accessory.
Cons
  • Unable to absorb sweat or moisture, leading to slippage

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Not a bad investment

I purchased these a year ago for my home kettlebell workouts. They are functional enough. However. the negatives are: 1) they dont hold shape very well with weight in one place for a period of time. The longer weight (or the ends of a chair) are on the flooring they will be dented indefinitely. 2) staining: if an oil based substance (food or other product) gets on the surface, it will leave a permanent discoloration. - not cool for content vids. 3) Should you drop weight, it will barely protect

Pros
  • They are safe to use on any type of flooring, protecting your floors from damage caused by heavy equipment
Cons
  • Not resistant to punctures or tears

Exactly what I was looking for!

Welcome to 2020 and more garage gyms during lockdown. Yep, I feel you. These tiles are perfect for what I wanted. Can kneel without trouble, and have less impact on my knees for stuff like jumping jacks and burpees. TBD on how they hold up over time, but I’m very pleased so far. (I still wouldn’t want to take an MMA-style fall without a thick mat on top, though.)I read a review concerned about having to cut lots of edge pieces. When I look closely, I see that both the blacks and the grays have…

Easy to install good for me

These tiles were super easy to install, even for the places where I needed to cut tiles down to size I could just use a sturdy pair of scissors and make the cuts. These are thin, but they work perfect for what I needed. The only thing I don’t like is that I ordered multiple boxes and they all ended up being slightly different shades of black. I am sure this is normal but just something to be aware of if you are doing a large area.

Pros
  • ‎innhom
Cons
  • Not eco-friendly or biodegradable

Does the job in my review

Pretty fond of this purchase!Pros:-Very easy to put together-Nice padding for working out whether standing or laying on it (good for the knees)-The all black has a nice aestheticCons:-Could be my floor that this is set on, but when I do burrpes, the mats will slip and separate from the force of extending my legs out-When you first open it, there is a bit of a chemical smell but it does go away

Pros
  • The Gym Flooring Tiles provide a comfortable and safe surface for exercise, reducing the risk of injury
Cons
  • Not ideal for people with joint problems

Missing tiles best in my review

*UPDATED REVIEW* originally rated 1 star because I only received 12 or the 24 tiles I ordered, but I contacted amazon via customer service line and they helped me at that moment to get a new order coming and a label to return first 12 tiles, (it was an easy process) I have already installed the tiles and they are doing great they look great and the guilty it exactly what is described, I would recommend these.I only received 12 of the 24 square I ordered I was really excited to receive these and

Pros
  • ‎2.77 Kilograms
Cons
  • Limited effectiveness in reducing noise pollution

Revainrating 4 out of 5

A little smaller than expected but not bad for the price.

I did like that I could get 12 pieces for a lower price. The material isn’t very dense, but I bought this to lay under a home gym so the works fine for that. They are advertised as 48 square feet but the pieces are actually about 1 inch short of 2 feet. I expected 6x8 feet but it’s actually 5’9 x 7’6. The pieces fit together well without trimming (there are two types of edge pieces and you have to change them up as needed). Overall pretty satisfied with the product.

Pros
  • The Gym Flooring Tiles are affordable and provide a cost-effective solution for creating a home gym
Cons
  • May have limited availability in certain countries
