My main problem with this product is that the cup holder is too small. I even tried using the smallest travel mug I have (a skinny 20 ounce glass) and it didn't fit. So the only suitable cups are child-sized paper or plastic fast food cups. My other issue is that there is no hole to hook into the headrest arms as there is no way to completely remove the headrest as some sort of cord goes in. I understand that this is a problem for new vehicles and not a specific design flaw with this product, just an area for improvement. I used a bunch of small zip ties to secure them in place and they hold up well.
