Review on EnjoyHQ by Michael Hale

I love that you can filter your reports quickly through filters (i.e. by role, language, country, etc.). You can also add new data points easily using multiple sources like Google Analytics or Survey Monkey. I wish there was an option for "all" versus "relevant." I'd prefer to see all of my data in one report. For example, if I'm looking at all of the comments, I would prefer to be able to see them all together instead of having to navigate between different tabs. It's not super clear how to use this tool. They have videos but they're not very helpful. If you want a quick way to get started with creating better surveys, then this is perfect. We are trying to understand what our users care about and we don't want to ask questions in ways that cause bias. Using this tool, we can do that without being biased ourselves.
