I used to have the Meb Keflezigi version that I bought at Wal Mart. This one was different but had qualities I would like to keep. When I bought it I was hoping it would have a better ear grip than the previous version. To my delight, it fixes the head better with a rubber grip, which isn't shown on the back in the photos. Rubber ear cups are thinner and fit better in the ear. Build quality is excellent and really solid, especially the keys. The buttons are much harder to press and require hacking. One useless feature is the lock switch. The buttons are really hard to press, so it's not necessary unless you're putting it in your pocket and leaning against it tightly or something. One day I dropped it and the locking switch broke and wobbled. now it just slides back and forth, just useless. It requires an on/off switch, which I think is fine. Unlike the previous model, this one has a proprietary charger. I don't like this change. The previous one had a simple USB cable which is really easy to use. it's just bulky and cumbersome. When it comes to exercise, I always use it for jogging, work and around the house. It's really convenient with no wires and no scrolling through the touchscreen. Battery life is good, and as a plus, I think it will charge itself for a few minutes to get another 90 minutes of playback. when jogging it stays very safe because of the different rubber inserts and elastic bands showered with this thing but not swimming so definitely waterproof. I recommend this earlier edition by Meb Keflezigi, which I still see on store shelves.
