Review on Clover 4710 Pen Style Chaco Liner in Blue by Caroline Jackson

I bought the blue one and have used it from time to time with no problem. However, I have never quilted with him. I just finished a baby blanket and I can't get the blue right (both the white Kona and the red pattern). I've washed it, soaked it in an oxygen purifier, soaked it in alcohol, rinsed it with a mixture of water and vinegar, and even went to the store to buy a Dawn (I read on the forum that this might help). Still no luck. The lines were also never heat set. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT use blue on areas that are shown. I threw mine in the trash and will never buy them again, even white.
