Review on Ringbird Legal Intake Services by Carlos Long

The customer service is top notch - I've never had to wait more than 5 minutes for an answer in any of my calls with them. They are very thorough when it comes time to quote your project; they'll spend some quality time explaining things that can make sense only after speaking directly to their team member who will be working closely alongside yours during the process (which makes me feel like we're all part of one big family). There's nothing much about this software as far as dislikes go but so many good points above everything else which has made us decide not to look elsewhere since day 1 at least till now.- Easy setup- Excellent Customer Service Team- Very high value proposition compared other competitors products especially those from India where pricing is way lower due to lacklustre services provided by Indian companies while offering almost same features/capabilities. It was quite difficult choosing between these two competing platforms considering our requirement & budget constraints.
