Very happy with the purchase, the stand that came to me is not like the photo so I believe this is an updated version. Installation was very quick, it took about 15 minutes from opening the box to fully assembling. The maximum weight listed on the luggage rack itself is 150 pounds which honestly can't be beat for the price. The rack itself probably weighs 30 pounds. The build quality is surprisingly good, however the mounting screws are a little on the small side, so if durability is a concern I'd drill my own and drive thicker bolts to attach the front half to the back half. The handles that come with the rack to beam kit are small so, as mentioned, for durability I would probably run to Home Depot and install your own mounting hardware. Once assembled the rack was a good weight and not wobbly so respect. Fits my 2001 Toyota 4Runner perfectly and looks great! Unfortunately, it cannot fit a 42-inch side-mounted light bar. So if you want to mount a light bar on it, buy one between 28" and 32" so you don't have to worry about the edge. This was my fault regarding the light bar strip, not the seller's shelf.
