Most bad reviews sound like user error. The brightness of the color has nothing to do with this htv because that is understandable and your printer is responsible for the color and brightness. If it got stuck, that sounds like some other user error. The only complaint I have. I had no idea what settings to use and it wasn't easy. I used thin cardstock and no weeding was necessary, he cut out the entire design and all I had to do was iron it. Also, no settings were included so there was trial and error, but we figured it out. I had never used this product or anything like it before so didn't know it would only work on white which was fine. I have a lot of white vinyl so I just cut and glued a solid pattern in white. on top. I will buy a dark clothing look next time.
