I thought it was a good product, I've been using it for the last few weeks during my pregnancy because I've been having trouble breathing. I use it on the lower incline where velcro straps are not used.1. Velcro straps on the side when not in use catch me at night and I have to move or move them where I'm not touching them. Impossible to get them out of the way to avoid bumping you when you stand on the edge.2. The material holding the pillows is soft, but it has started to stretch and now there is a dip between the bottom pillow and the top triangle that keeps me from being in the tilt I want. Most likely I will return this as my trademark. The new and already weird part I'm using doesn't work for me.
