I'm not sure if this is a characteristic of a matrix or a marriage, but I can't return it for a number of reasons: * To begin with, I'm currently in Armenia and this is the only laptop I need to earn a living; therefore, before sending it, you need to consider the possibility of a return, exchange, or any specifications. I can't just submit it and hope for the best while losing my money; Second, according to support, due to deadlines, it is no longer feasible to return. Thirdly, even if I could get in touch with the seller, I would only be able to communicate the defect in words because, despite my best efforts to record on the phone, the malfunction is not visible on the video. Hopefully, the seller will read this review and respond. Again, sending for diagnostics is undoubtedly important, but right now I have to get to work. What then is wrong with the screen: 1. The screen first remains dull after a dark color (for instance, telegrams in night mode) for a long period of time, many seconds, and then gradually becomes brighter. 2. The eyes desire to "leak out of their sockets" when the same dark background is changed to a light one because any green hue becomes toxic light green, and any blue color becomes poisonous turquoise. This lasts for three to five seconds, after which the backlight and it gradually recover. During this time, you can plainly observe how the colors progressively shift. I frequently alternate between dark and light windows at work, which seriously impedes my ability to do tasks. I must keep peering until the image returns to normal. 3. The colors are warped. In a video where I compare the colors of the same video on two laptops, I can finally spot the flaw. On an acer, the color is red, but on a Huawei, it is a drab, faded maroon that is almost brown in tone.
