Convenient storage and extra USB ports

I love my LINKUP. Easily adding storage and extra USB ports is exactly what I was looking for. As easy as it looks, just plug and play. The only issue I have is that my surface recognizes the additional storage when I already have external storage attached. I think the problem is with my other memory rather than the adapter.
