Softrip provided excellent customer service, including constant updates on the status of the tickets as they were being processed. They were on the ball and always had our best interest in mind. They always responded to our requests immediately. They had the flexibility to add our ticket to the priority line. I wish they had a faster ticket review process and a more prompt and effective system to process tickets. I wish they had more options on how to request tickets. They were a company to use and recommend. I have had no issues, and they have been a great company to work with. We were in a financial situation and were on the verge of being shut down. They were able to keep our tickets in process and have continued to process tickets. The best part about softrip is that its very easy to use and set up. It also provides you with all the necessary information you need to make your trip successful. The only downside to softrip is that it can be quite complicated to navigate through at times. But aside from this, I have nothing to complain about. I highly recommend softrip. I am able to manage my trips and make sure everything goes smoothly.
