Phantom chimes work well for doorbells and chimes
This doorbell would be great except it has lots of phantom chimes. The whole time! He always calls himself. Which, of course, excites the dog and wakes up the child. I just had to turn it off. So now it's useless. Nothing touches it and I don't live in a place cold enough to freeze over. It only triggers at least 6 times randomly during the day.
