I have 4 scopes on my left knee and they can't hold any more. My knee is bone on bone and has been for 8 years. I've heard good and bad about knee replacements. For now, I choose NOT to do this. I've been using these braces for a few days now. THAT'S GREAT. On a pain scale of 1 to 10 it's about 0.5 to 1. I don't show much lameness walking with this brace. I have a metal sports orthosis that is painful for more than 4 hours. . This brace is lightweight and doesn't hurt at all. the first day; I wore it for 10 hours. I RECOMMEND this stand.
