The top part of the clip broke off the first time it was used. I haven't contacted the seller for a long time before trying to use it.

I bought this clamp a long time ago so wasn't expecting satisfaction and to be honest I didn't contact him for a new clamp when it broke off at the top. It looks to me like white metal, not steel, but then again, to be honest with the seller, I'm not a metal expert. I went to my local hardware store and bought the same size for less than half the price I paid for this clip.
