Wow, where do I start? Well I ordered a size up because my arms are a bit longer. I have a 40" chest, 178 pounds and a 33" waist. A medium size would be ideal but I ordered a large size as medium sizes tend to be larger on my arms in the riding position. The jacket has removable basic armor and sewn-in padding. There are adjusters on the forearms to make it a little more comfortable. The liner surprised me the most. Rather than simply unbuttoning part of the vest, the soft, moisture-wicking sleeves that attach to the vest are buttoned away. As for the bags. I don't have enough items to complete it! Price and quality suit me very well. I originally used it as a summer jacket but have been riding in south Texas at night in 46F and still kept decently warm. My feet were colder than my upper body. If in doubt about buying this jacket, just get it and you won't be disappointed.
