I had been working in credit management for over 30 years. As my career progressed I began looking at alternative products that would allow me to work remotely from home. This product has allowed me to do so! The software is easy to use and allows flexibility when it comes to being able to manage your accounts anywhere you choose. There was nothing about this program that I disliked while using it. It offers great value and excellent customer service both here in Australia as well as internationally where they are based. They have helped us greatly during our transition into retirement planning with our pensions and superannuation funds. We used them before we moved offshore and now after moving back to AU their continued support and ongoing engagement with us is invaluable. This is an excellent way for us as small independent agents in Devon (a rural location)to access some great lenders that you wouldn't normally get our hands dirty dealing directy from! It has allowed me many times when I have had issues getting quotes back or am unable due my clients circumstances etc; The fact we are able to use this service so easily makes it even better because then they can still look after their own customers who aren’t using them - which also helps keep costs down!!?
