Hood too big best in my review
The jacket is ok, very average in every way, nothing stands out as particularly well made. Biggest disappointment is the hood. It's too big and won't stay on my head very well, even if I adjust the strings in the hood.

- The raincoat has a plastic-y feel and is not comfortable to wear against the skin
