This is the very first diet pill I've tried in the past few years that has really helped my body lose weight. I used it together with Slimit. It's not available immediately so don't buy it thinking you'll lose a lot of weight and inches overnight, but after about six weeks of use my clothes started to feel too big. I've lost at least two inches from my stomach and waist. I can keep going for three more weeks, and although I've only lost about ten pounds (I'm definitely not overweight, but everything I have ends up in my stomach), I'm still losing my belly and waist. I am so happy with this product and as far as I can see I can use it forever. I haven't changed much in my diet and I'm still losing. Of course I don't eat much, but I love snacking and this has helped me not to snack. Love it.
