Pros: - dual layer filter inside is very useful (wish I had discovered this type of filter earlier!). I can put tea leaves between two layers; and because it's at the top of the bottle my tea never gets too strong when the water level is low. - Removable filter sheets. If I need a stronger taste, I can remove (turn) the deeper bottom layer, put the tea leaves directly into the bottle - the top layer can prevent the tea leaves from getting into my mouth. - Easy to clean. does not require extra-long brushes unlike a small-necked thermos; a regular bottle brush will do - slim design Cons: - wide neck means it loses heat faster. If a good quality small mouth thermos keeps boiling water hot for 10-12 hours, then this one can probably do 5. (I have 3 bottles for comparison). So it is good for office use, not suitable for overnight stay or camping. In general: I like it very much!
