seams. Pain is best in camping

I liked this hat, that's why I bought it in the first place. However, after a few uses, I found that the seam around the cap (which also covers the ears and neck) is quite painful. I use this cap under a full face helmet. The helmet has a good fit, is snug and is designed to keep your head from dangling inside. Unfortunately, the seam is not flat and the material is complex and sewn together. After wearing the helmet for an hour, the seam cuts my forehead quite painfully. So while this balaclava can be useful to use with a knitted hat to keep your head from itching like knitwear tends to, you can actually do it. Do not use this with a helmet liner as this item is called. Maybe it can be used as a nightcap when camping in the cold.
