The most useful thing is that you can use all of your existing tools like Jira or Confluence without any additional effort required for integration with omnibus BPA suite! Omnibuss has great support team - they are always available at every stage right from request submission till implementation completion phase- also their response times have been fantastic during entire process lifecycle!! Nothing much so far except few minor issues which were resolved immediately by customer success manager/support staffs via phone call /emails!! Highly recommended! As per my experience I would say it's an excellent product compared other similar products out there currently as well but price point could be bit higher than what some competitors offer now days especially when considering features offered along side pricing structure etc.. You will get value add once deployed into production environment since its fully integrated solution offering end user facing BPMS tool plus orchestration layer + API gateway services too!!
