Very good Product and Good Support Team!!!

The most useful thing is that you can use all of your existing tools like Jira or Confluence without any additional effort required for integration with omnibus BPA suite! Omnibuss has great support team - they are always available at every stage right from request submission till implementation completion phase- also their response times have been fantastic during entire process lifecycle!! Nothing much so far except few minor issues which were resolved immediately by customer successโ€ฆ

Pros
  • The support from their customer success manager has been great during entire lifecycle of the product!!
Cons
  • Nothing much so far! The pricing could have been bit higher than what it is currently! I would say it's an excellent product compared other similar products out there currently but price point could be bit higher than what some competitors offer now days especially when considering features

Not ideal if template usage has limits

I like that it allows me to do things like send emails from my own templates or send SMS messages from my own templates. I dislike that I have to use the API key for the system. If you are looking for something easy to use, this may not be the best option. It is easier to set up using API keys than with templates, but the templates make it much more user friendly. We used to send out mass communications with templates, but we had problems with getting them approved by our legal departmentโ€ฆ

Pros
  • Can manage multiple users in one account instead having separate accounts per person.
Cons
  • Needs better documentation.
  • Lackluster customer support
