I like that it allows me to do things like send emails from my own templates or send SMS messages from my own templates. I dislike that I have to use the API key for the system. If you are looking for something easy to use, this may not be the best option. It is easier to set up using API keys than with templates, but the templates make it much more user friendly. We used to send out mass communications with templates, but we had problems with getting them approved by our legal department. Using API keys makes it so that we can send out mass communications without needing to get approval from legal.
