Their approach to understanding the needs of their clients, as well as the process of creating solutions for them, has been truly remarkable. They are very good at taking an initial project brief and turning it into something that really works. The Project Managers are also great people who will make sure you get what you need! We have worked with theorySF over many years now, so they know us inside out - which helps enormously when we come up against unexpected problems during projects or transitions. I don't think there's anything about working with Theory SF that would be useful to anyone else starting work with them. For our team, the combination of having one point of contact across all of our different services (digital communications, creative design and strategy) makes things much easier than if we were sending out separate briefs each time.
