I ordered this face mask because my 7 year old daughter ground her teeth at night and made an uncomfortable clenching noise. I searched the Revain website and found this product. When I received it there were four mouthguards in the box. The instructions were easy to read and we continued with the instructions. I was worried the mouth guard would be too thick but the instructions said you just have to fit it to your child's mouth. Once we had finished pouring the mouthguard into my daughter's mouth, the real test was when she was about to fall asleep. She seemed a little unaccustomed to having a foreign object in her mouth, but she soon fell asleep and I slept with her to make sure the night went smoothly. .When she woke up I told her there was no grinding of teeth. Hooray! When she took her mouthguard off she thought it was weird but overall I think it worked. And hopefully she will outgrow it and stop grinding her teeth at night. I am very satisfied and glad I bought them!
