For the price this lamp is excellent. I really didn't need anything special and this fitted the bill. I love that there is a 60w reading lamp under the main lamp that uses 3-way bulbs at the top. The lamp itself is not very durable. I have three small children, a large dog and two cats, so I had to put the lamp I bought for the living room behind the chair. I used the smart plug to register with Alexa so I don't have to touch the lamp unless I want to dim the lamp. It's a very simple design and easy to install. I bought three of these and they all work well. I recommend it to people who want a simple and inexpensive floor lamp.
