. So everything worked great as it should for about a week. I've had it installed for about a week and a half. I've had all sorts of problems over the past few days. First, my reversing camera works sporadically and sometimes not all connections are ok. Now the main unit is getting so hot you can't even touch it and the speakers are turning on and off. The device seems to get too hot and stops playing. It was a great setup while everything worked. I really like all of this, but now I'm starting to experience issues that I used to worry about. We'll see how it goes with customer support and possibly returns or new purchases. Customer service has been great but I'm beginning to realize the products don't live up to advertised standards. At the end of all this I will be back with another update and hopefully I can continue to be a happy customer because I am not alone now. Amazing product for the price. I really love this unit. It's cheap, but it doesn't look as cheap as the others. That's why I went. I didn't have $300 to spare for super-advanced Android devices, so I wanted a cheap, basic double din that didn't look like a kid's toy when flipped over. It was a good buy if you don't want to spend a fortune on a good radio. It has great style for what it is. This is not like a radio I paid less than $100 for. I am very satisfied with this radio and the technical support. They helped me update the firmware so now the Chevy logo shows up on boot. They responded very quickly to every email I sent with questions. Great product and great company. I highly recommend this radio if you want a good two din touch screen radio without giving up and getting ready.
