Yes, they hurt! I have sensitive feet, there's no meat on them at all. When I first put them on, I could barely walk more than a few steps. Now I can wear them for hours as long as I wear socks. I wear the same sleek wool socks I wear with my trainers and sneakers. So I recommend pairing these extremely useful foot massage slippers with wool socks. Feel free to try other styles of socks. Did I mention I only wear them indoors? You're too ugly to go outside. But a little time in the morning and evening works wonders. I tried all the balls, stretching, massage, PE.
