I am also learning some things.Soda stream cannister does fit. I use them in mine.What I've learned:1. Do not fear this machine. I've not had mine blow up.I've not ventured too far out of the norm, but its not bitten back yet.it also has not spewed liquid everywhere. It has foamed out the top and sides, but that was an ingredient issue.2. Coconut water is an excellent addition to your plain water. Yes, it will fizz it and taste coconutty3. Alcohol does work in this. The fizz time is lessened a bit, but who cares if you're drinking it?4. Pineapple juice tends to foam a bit.but it is so stupidly good5. Pineapple chunks and water is amazing6. Prep your drink the night before. So if you want natural flavors, they have time to infuse.7. Cold water and liquids work best (another reason for#6)8. Citrus infuses well9. So do raspberries10. You can go 6 puffs or more, but it is sooooo fizzy it tickles your nose.I won't go past 7 because I'm scared 😳11. The venting system is awesome pfft. Pffft12. If using fruit, it will float to the top during the pressure releasing process. Watch for out of control bubbles during this time. You may have to close the lid down a bit.13. You can put juice in here. I'd suggest not smoothie juices, it may FOAM.like I'm talking thick foam.14. The device does not feel flimsy15. READ THE DIRECTIONS16. Watch videos online and learn about your machine. You will feel a lot more confident with what you can make and how to handle the machine.17. You will need a long cleaning scrubby stick/brush. I use a sponge and a ruler :)
