Saddlebag grommets are thicker and have a wider groove than Original Equipment. The wider groove means they won't fit snugly in the saddlebag holes. It is assumed that the lower rubber isolators are held in place by a plug or nipple cast into the isolator. These plugs/nipples are small and allow the isolator to fall out of the saddlebag if installed or removed for any reason. I do not recommend these, or for that matter many rubber bicycle parts, over original parts. OEM rubber parts are cheaper in the long run. When you add up the installation time and frequency of replacement, cheap, ill-fitting parts are offset by lower quality.
