No memory foam and missing parts

The saddle pad itself is well made and very beautiful. My problem is related to the so-called memory foam pads. They're not made out of memory foam, they're made out of cheap foam you can buy at any craft store. Also the label of these pieces should say 12 pieces, I only have 9 and one is almost torn in half. I'm going to leave this because I love the last one, but I need to come up with a DIY upholstery solution. I have some shredded memory foam left over from making the dog bed, maybe I can use it.
