I have owned a pair of these boots for years and absolutely love them. When they finally wore out, I bought another pair in the same size as my first pair (size 10). They were very tight on my legs but I figured I must have stretched my first pair so I made them think they would stretch. Well they didn't and after agonizingly wearing them to stretch for two years I finally ordered another pair, size 11 which is the largest size they make. I was incredibly disappointed to find that the size 11 sole was almost EXACTLY the same length as the size 10. 1/8 inch difference for example. However, the calf on the 11th was HUGE. Apparently, Dublin believes that a longer foot causes calves to grow exponentially. Sadly I will never order a pair of Dublin boots again because I loved my first pair so much! I think if you don't have big feet these are great boots but they are definitely a bit small!
