I used this in combination with "OCuSOFT Lid Scrub Plus, Pre-Moistened Pads” so not sure who gets more treatment benefits. I know the pads were the more soothing of the two, but the spray contains hypochlorous acid so I recommend both if you have an infection. I had a terrible eye infection. It was so bad that it hurt to blink and the eye socket hurt a lot. It can't be that I didn't go to the doctor right away, but I was waiting for my insurance to work, so I went that route instead. I really thought I went too far for OTC drugs. It was scary. Attached photos: 1 - before treatment, 2 - ten minutes after using the pads, 3 - the third day and 4 - the sixth day. Stay tuned! When the swelling subsided, I found that I also have styes. It's been about 10 days and I can hardly find it. I cannot recommend these products enough. Also, throw away old makeup. I'm pretty sure that's where I caught the infection.
